1. Installation form:

20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted setups, hassle-free outdoor installations, and secure indoor placements.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, it must be meticulously aligned, flush with the cabinet's front, and seamlessly integrated with the distribution panel for optimal connection.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, employ specially designed force points, complemented by stringent anti-slip measures to ensure safety and stability.

Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to the critical limits of no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

During assembly, meticulously monitor part gaps, striving for an optimal balance-neither excessively tight nor overly loose.

When connecting terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the specific situational demands, ensuring precise and correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

For accessory installations like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is imperative.
