Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV Oil-Immersed Transformers can be installed in various configurations, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, adapting seamlessly to diverse environmental and operational demands.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align flush with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel for optimal functionality.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize designated force points specific to the transformer model and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain strict control over the transformer's body inclination during transit and setup, ensuring it does not exceed 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis for optimal stability and performance.
Ensure precise alignment by carefully managing the gaps between each component to prevent excessive tension or laxity, thus preserving the transformer's integrity.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on the operational requirements, ensuring correct and safe wiring for optimal electrical performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing additional components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is crucial to ensure safety and optimal functionality.
