Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor locations, and indoor installations, catering to diverse infrastructural needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure a secure foundation with reinforced concrete. Indoor setups demand precision, with the transformer flush against the cabinet's front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel, devoid of any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Positioning the transformer requires utilizing designated force points, incorporating anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to strict alignment limits (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally).
During assembly, carefully monitor part clearances, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring based on specific conditions, to maintain electrical integrity and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Install essential components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer's guidelines for optimal functionality and safety.
