Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, durable outdoor installations, and secure indoor configurations.

For outdoor installations, ensure a stable placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, align the transformer perfectly flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Position the transformer using designed force points and incorporate anti-slip measures to secure its placement.

Maintain precise control over the inclination of the transformer during transport and installation, ensuring it remains within 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction.

During assembly, carefully manage the spacing between components to avoid overtightening or excessive looseness.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on specific conditions, and ensure correct wiring for optimal functionality.

3. Attachment installation:

When affixing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves, etc., adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for seamless integration and performance.
