Our 20kV oil immersed transformers can be flexibly installed in various settings including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, or within interior spaces.

When positioned outdoors, secure the transformer with a reinforced concrete base. For indoor placements, ensure that the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet's front and maintains a seamless connection with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, utilize designated force points for precise placement, incorporating anti-slip measures for stability.

Ensure the transformer's inclination remains within permissible limits during transit and installation - no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Mind the spacing between all components to maintain neither overly tight nor excessively loose connections during installation.

Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation based on situational needs, ensuring correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, ensure compliance with established standards and manufacturer guidelines during installation.
