1. Installation form:
Experience versatile installation options for our 20kV oil immersed transformers, including pole mounted setups, durable outdoor installations, and reliable indoor configurations.
Outdoor installations demand a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation, whereas indoor setups ensure the transformer aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front, maintaining a gap-free connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Once the transformer is positioned, leverage the product's specially designed force points, while incorporating effective anti-slip measure protocols.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during both transport and installation: keep within 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis.
During setup, carefully manage the spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation, ensuring proper wiring tailored to the specific conditions.
3. Attachment installation:
Ensure adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves.
