Performance Characteristics:

1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features an advanced multi-layer cylindrical structure, employing continuous or connecting continuous methods. This design enhances shock distribution while minimizing magnetic leakage. It ensures exceptional mechanical strength and robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our transformers significantly reduce both no-load loss and no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Meticulous fastening measures are implemented for both the core and windings. The high and low voltage leads are secured with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, complemented by a non-hanging center structure. This ensures stability during transportation and long-term operation, resisting any loosening of fasteners.

4. Vacuum processing:
Our coils and cores undergo thorough vacuum drying, while transformer oil is meticulously vacuum-filtered and injected, effectively minimizing moisture content within the transformer.

5. Oil tank design:
