Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and secure indoor placements, tailored to your requirements.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is anchored firmly on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision; the transformer body must align seamlessly with the front of the cabinet and adhere closely to the distribution panel without any gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation Steps:
During installation, utilize specially designed force points for the transformer and implement critical anti-slip measures to secure stability.
Take note of the transformer body's inclination during transport and installation, keeping it within controlled limits-no more than 15° on the long axis and 10° on the short axis.
Ensure optimal installation by maintaining proper gaps between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
When connecting terminals, select suitable insulation disks aligned with the operational conditions, and ensure accurate wiring for reliable functionality.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves following strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for safe and effective operation.
