1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, ensuring adaptability to various operational environments.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, ensure the transformer body is flush with the cabinet front and firmly attached to the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, use designated force points specific to the product and implement anti-slip measures to maintain secure positioning.

Control transformer body inclination during transport and installation within strict limits (not exceeding 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction) to ensure optimal performance.

Attention to detail is crucial; ensure each component's spacing is neither too tight nor too loose for enhanced operational reliability.

For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks based on real-time conditions and ensure precise wiring for safety and efficiency.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure peak performance.
