Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple configurations: whether pole-mounted, stationed outdoors, or nestled indoors, we accommodate every requirement.
Ensure outdoor installations are securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, securing it tightly against the distribution panel to eliminate any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, position the transformer using specially designed force points, and employ anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation. Keep angles within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally to ensure optimal functioning.
Vigilance is key during installation; ensure components fit snugly yet allow for necessary movement without any tightness or looseness.
When connecting terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on situational requirements, ensuring all wiring is executed accurately.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for unmatched reliability.
