Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor setups, and seamless indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a tight attachment to the distribution panel, free from gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure precision with our specially designed force points during transformer placement, bolstered by anti-slip measures for optimal safety and stability.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer body's inclination within safe limits-not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Monitor gaps during installation, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose for optimal performance and safety.
Select suitable insulation disks based on actual requirements when installing terminals, ensuring precise and correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements, ensuring seamless operation.
