Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Choose from various installation forms for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, tailored to suit your specific needs.
For outdoor installations, it is essential to anchor the transformer securely on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, making seamless contact with the distribution panel to eliminate any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, leverage designated force points specifically designed for the transformer and employ anti-slip precautions to maintain stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transportation and setup, ensuring angles do not exceed 15° longitudinally or 10° laterally, thereby safeguarding operational integrity.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between components during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
When connecting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions, ensuring precise wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
