For optimal stability during outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. When placing indoors, ensure perfect alignment with the cabinet's front panel, achieving a seamless connection without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure unyielding stability.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis for impeccable balance.
During installation, mindful spacing between components is crucial to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
When installing terminals, choose insulation disks that align with actual conditions, and ensure meticulous wiring for flawless functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
Installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves requires strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee peak performance.
