Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation forms of our 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer arrangements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a fortified reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require precise alignment, ensuring the transformer body aligns flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Securely position the transformer using specially designed force points, implementing anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety during the entire setup process.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within strict parameters: not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, ensuring optimal performance.
During installation, meticulous attention is crucial to ensure no part is overly tight or excessively loose, maintaining optimal functionality and longevity.
When wiring terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the prevailing conditions to ensure correct and safe electrical connections.
3. Attachment installation:
When affixing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is essential for optimal performance and safety.
