Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, adaptable for pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring flexibility in deployment across various environments.
For outdoor installation, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the unit aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining tight integration with the distribution panel for optimal safety and performance.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, rely on specially designed force points, implementing anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transit and setup, keeping within a 15° limit longitudinally and 10° laterally to prevent structural stress.
During setup, ensure essential clearance is maintained between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to uphold system integrity.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring correct and secure wiring connections.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
