1. Installation form:
Flexible installation options for the 20kV oil immersed transformers include pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, catering to diverse setup requirements.
For outdoor installations, ensure secure mounting on a reinforced concrete foundation. When placed indoors, the transformer should seamlessly align with the cabinet front, maintaining a firm connection with the distribution panel to eliminate any potential gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, leverage specially designed force points to facilitate installation, while implementing anti-slip measures for added safety.
Maintain control over the transformer's body inclination during transit and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Carefully monitor the spacing between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installations, select insulation disks that are appropriately suited to the specific requirements and ensure precise wiring for reliable operations.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves, and more should strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee safety and functionality.
