1. Installation form:
The versatile installation methods for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, each designed to meet varying environmental and operational demands.
For outdoor installations, ensure a secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precision alignment of the transformer body, keeping it flush and securely attached to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During transformer placement, utilize designated special force points and implement anti-slip measures for enhanced stability and safety.
Maintain controlled inclination of the transformer body during transportation and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During assembly, pay careful attention to the spacing between components to prevent overly tight or loose conditions, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring for efficient operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing critical accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, be sure they meet all relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for uncompromised quality and safety.
