1. Winding structure:
Our high-voltage windings utilize a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure, enhancing shock distribution, minimizing magnetic leakage, and ensuring high mechanical strength and robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
The core is crafted from high-quality, cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, using a full diagonal seam stacking method to significantly reduce no-load loss and no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Each core and winding unit is secured with advanced fastening measures; critical components like high and low voltage leads are bolstered with self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The non-hanging center design withstands transportation vibrations. All fasteners include locking nuts to ensure integrity during long-term operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
Coils and cores undergo meticulous vacuum drying, with transformer oil vacuum filtered and injected, effectively minimizing internal moisture.

5. Oil tank design:
The oil tank features corrugated sheets with a breathing function, accommodating oil volume changes due to temperature variations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet, and thereby reducing transformer height.
