1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor settings, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer must align flush with the cabinet front, adhering closely to the distribution panel to eliminate gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
Positioning the transformer requires the use of specialized force points tailored for the product, along with implementing anti-slip measures to enhance stability.
During transit and installation, control the transformer's inclination strictly within limits (a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) to maintain its integrity.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between components during installation, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose to avoid compromises in functionality.
When setting up terminals, choose insulation disks that fit the specific scenario, and ensure correct wiring for optimal safety and efficiency.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is crucial to uphold quality and safety.
