1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding employs a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical, continuous or connecting continuous structure. This enhances the distribution of shock through the winding, minimizes magnetic leakage, and ensures high mechanical strength and robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
By utilizing premier cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, we significantly reduce no-load losses and no-load current, ensuring efficiency and performance.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Both the core and windings are secured with advanced fastening measures. Components such as high and low voltage leads are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, and a non-hanging center structure is employed for resilience against transport vibrations. Every fastener features a fastening nut to prevent loosening during extended operations.

4. Vacuum processing:
Coils and cores undergo meticulous vacuum drying, and transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected to minimize moisture within the transformer, ensuring longevity and performance.

5. Oil tank design:
Featuring a corrugated sheet design with breathing capability, our oil tank adapts to oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and thereby reducing transformer height.
