Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various configurations: pole mounted, outdoor setups, or indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision-ensure the transformer aligns perfectly flush with the cabinet front and is snugly attached to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points, implementing anti-slip measures to secure the setup.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, meticulous attention to the spacing between parts is crucial-neither too tight nor too loose.
For terminal installations, carefully select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves demands strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
