Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups, allowing you to choose the perfect fit for your needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns with the cabinet's front, snugly fitting against the distribution panel with no gaps for optimum performance.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure the transformer is properly positioned using specifically designed force points, accompanied by effective anti-slip measures to guarantee stability.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within safe limits-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Pay close attention to component gaps during installation to avoid any issues from overly tight or loose fittings.
Select the appropriate insulation disks tailored to the situation for terminal installation, ensuring correct wiring for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, all standards and manufacturer guidelines must be strictly followed to ensure safety and reliability.
