Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Choose from versatile installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor placements, and safe indoor configurations.
When opting for outdoor installation, ensure the transformer is securely anchored to a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, align the transformer flush with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel, entirely free of gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure precision during placement by utilizing designated force points engineered for the transformer, and implement anti-slip and safety measures to secure installation.
Maintain optimal stability by controlling the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction.
During installation, meticulous attention is required to maintain appropriate spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal function.
For terminal installation, select insulation disks that match the practical requirements and ensure correct wiring for reliable performance.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for flawless integration.
