Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various formats, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor settings, or indoor transformer setups, providing flexibility to suit different environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. When indoor installation is preferred, ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the cabinet's front and is snugly fitted to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement, utilize specially designated force points for the transformer, ensuring anti-slip measures are meticulously applied for stability.
Maintain precise control over the inclination of the transformer body during transportation and installation, adhering to limits of no more than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis.
During installation, it is crucial to monitor gaps between components, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor too loose, to maintain optimal performance.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific situation, ensuring correct wiring for safety and efficiency.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operation.
