Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in several configurations such as pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer settings.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely positioned on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer body to be perfectly aligned with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During transformer placement, utilize designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure the unit effectively.
Maintain controlled inclination of the transformer body during transit and installation, not exceeding 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between components during installation, avoiding overly tight or excessively loose connections.
When installing terminals, select the appropriate insulation disks based on the actual scenario, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
