Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers boast versatile installation options, from pole-mounted setups to outdoor and indoor configurations, providing flexibility to suit various environments.
In outdoor settings, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor installations, ensure alignment with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless and gap-free connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for optimal stability and safety.
Ensure the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, preserving its structural integrity.
During setup, carefully monitor for any gaps, ensuring components are neither excessively tight nor too loose, achieving a perfect balance.
Select the appropriate insulation discs based on situational requirements when installing terminals, ensuring precise wiring for optimal function.
3. Attachment installation:
Install attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure peak performance.
