Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile in installation, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer to align flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points, implementing anti-slip measures for stability.
The transformer's tilt should be carefully managed during transit and installation, not exceeding 15° in the longitudinal direction or 10° laterally.
Ensure the alignment of parts during installation to avoid excess tightness or looseness.
For terminal installation, select proper insulation disks based on actual requirements, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and sleeves must align with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
