Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor configurations, and seamless indoor installations, catering to a variety of environmental and infrastructural needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require ensuring the transformer's frontal alignment with the cabinet, achieving a snug fit with the distribution panel, devoid of any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During transformer placement, utilize specially designed force points to ensure stability and employ anti-slip measures for enhanced safety.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's body inclination during transit and installation: limit the long axis to within 15° and the short axis to within 10° to ensure optimal performance.
During the installation, it is crucial to ensure that the gaps between each component are neither too tight nor too loose, achieving an ideal fit for optimal functionality.
For terminal installations, carefully select suitable insulation disks that match the actual conditions and ensure accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing critical accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee seamless integration and performance.
