Outdoor installations require a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps:
For optimal placement, leverage the specially designed force points of the transformer, implementing anti-slip measures for stability.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within safe limits-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Mind the precision of gaps between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select suitable insulation disks based on actual conditions when installing terminals, ensuring accurate wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer protocols when installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves.
