1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, accommodating various site requirements.

For outdoor installations, ensure it is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer to be flush with the cabinet front and tightly fitted to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, utilize the specially designed force points of the product. Implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability.

Control the inclination of the transformer body during transport and installation, keeping it within 15° longitudinally and 10° transversely, to maintain optimal performance.

Take care to maintain appropriate spacing between each component during installation, avoiding overly tight or loose configurations.

Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual requirements, and ensure correct wiring for safe operation.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in line with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
