Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor and indoor installations, each designed for optimal performance.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer onto a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure that the transformer's body aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front, firmly affixed to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and durability.
During transport and installation, carefully control the inclination of the transformer body to remain within specified limits (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis).
Ensure gaps between components are neither too tight nor too loose during installation for optimal performance.
For terminal installation, choose appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
