1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various ways, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, to suit different environmental needs.

For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a solid reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure an impeccable fit with the cabinet front, adhering closely to the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points for secure handling, incorporating anti-slip measures for enhanced stability.

Maintain a controlled inclination range during transportation and installation, not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Pay meticulous attention to part spacing during installation to avoid overly tight or loose fits, ensuring optimal performance.

Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installations and ensure correct wiring to maintain integrity and safety.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure seamless operation.
