1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, to suit diverse application needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure a secure fixture on a reinforced concrete foundation; indoor setups require the transformer body to align seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize specially designed force points to secure the transformer, incorporating effective anti-slip measures to ensure stability.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, keeping it within a safe range (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) to ensure optimal functionality.
When assembling, meticulous attention to the spacing of each component is crucial to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.
Select and install appropriate insulation disks for terminals based on specific requirements, ensuring correct wiring for reliable operation.
3. Attachment installation:
