1. Installation form:

The installation of 20kV oil-immersed transformers is versatile, including pole-mounted, durable outdoor setups, and seamless indoor transformer integration.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, fitting snugly against the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, leverage the designated force points for secure placement, implementing both anti-slip and anti-slide precautions.

During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits (no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) for optimal balance.

Ensure appropriate gap management between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose assemblies.

For terminal installations, select proper insulation disks as per the scenario and ensure correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

Install attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring reliability.
