Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted setups, outdoor environments, and indoor transformer placements, each designed for optimal performance.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using its dedicated force points, employing anti-slip measures diligently to maintain stability.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within precise limits: no greater than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between components, neither too tight nor too loose, for seamless integration.
When connecting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific conditions and ensure accurate wiring for optimal functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
Ensure that all accessories, including gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, are installed in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for maximum safety and efficiency.
