1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil immersed transformers offer flexible installation options including pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, tailored to meet diverse environmental and operational requirements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor settings demand precise alignment with the cabinet front, ensuring seamless attachment to the distribution panel, eliminating gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure the use of designated force points for positioning the transformer, implementing robust anti-slip measures to secure stability.
During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's tilt within defined limits: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
While assembling, carefully balance gaps between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks and ensure precise, correct wiring in alignment with situational demands.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer's specifications.
