1. Installation form:

The installation options for the 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile, allowing for pole-mounted, outdoor installations, or even indoor setups to suit various environments.

For outdoor installations, ensure the unit is securely anchored to a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require aligning the transformer flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Position the transformer using the designated force points for optimal stability, incorporating anti-slip measures to maintain security.

Maintain strict control over the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation, adhering to the specified limits of no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.

Ensure that the gaps between components are just right-not too tight nor too loose-to prevent operational issues.

Select appropriate insulation disks based on real-world conditions when installing terminals, ensuring correct wiring for optimal functionality.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict compliance with relevant standards and the manufacturer's exacting requirements.
