Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple ways: pole-mounted, outdoor installations, or indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, align the transformer body meticulously with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit devoid of any gaps against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps:
Position the transformer with precision using designated force points engineered for optimal safety. Implement both anti-slip and secure measures to uphold stability.
Maintain a controlled inclination during transportation and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, ensure that the spacing between components is neither excessively tight nor too loose, thus preventing potential operational issues.
Select and install the appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions to ensure correct terminal connections.
3. Attachment Installation:
When installing vital accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer-specific requirements is paramount.
