Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation options for our 20kV oil immersed transformers are versatile, including pole-mounted solutions, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer setups, ensuring maximum flexibility to meet your specific needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer body must be perfectly aligned with the front of the cabinet, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize designated force points specifically engineered for this product. Prioritize anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain strict control over the transformer's inclination during transport and setup, ensuring it stays within a 15° limit on the long axis and a 10° limit on the short axis, guaranteeing stability and alignment.
Carefully monitor spacing between each component during installation, ensuring neither excessive tightness nor looseness compromises the unit's integrity.
When affixing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring correct wiring for optimal electrical safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Install critical accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain operational excellence.
