Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor configurations, and secure indoor transformer setups.

For outdoor installations, ensure a stable placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer to align flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Employ designated force points for precise transformer positioning, incorporating anti-slip measures to maintain stability.

During transportation and installation, maintain transformer body inclination within set parameters (no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally).

Ensure each component fits properly during installation, avoiding overly tight or loose configurations.

Select insulation disks based on specific conditions for correct terminal installation and wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

Accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines during installation.
