Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformer offers versatile installation options, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor installation, and indoor transformer setup.
For outdoor installations, the transformer must be firmly secured on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, it's crucial that the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front and fits snugly against the distribution panel, ensuring a gap-free installation.
2. Installation Steps:
During placement, leverage specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for maximum stability and safety.
Ensure the transformer's inclination is meticulously controlled during transport and installation, maintaining no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
Careful attention must be paid to the gaps between components to prevent overly tight or loose fittings.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on specific conditions and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves should be installed in accordance with pertinent standards and manufacturer guidelines.
