1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers provide versatile installation options, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor setups, and indoor transformer installations, ensuring adaptability to various environments.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points for stability, and implement anti-slip measures for enhanced safety.

Maintain precise control over the transformer body's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to limits of no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.

Ensure optimal spacing between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.

Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on situational needs, and ensure accurate wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When equipping accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance and safety.
