Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
For the versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers, installation options include pole-mounted, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer setups.
Outdoor installations require secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. When indoor, ensure the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front and is snugly attached to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
Position the transformer using specially designed force points, ensuring anti-slip measures are firmly in place for safety.
During both transportation and installation, control the transformer's tilt within specified limits-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Monitor the fit between components meticulously, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on the actual scenario and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
While installing vital accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
