Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various forms such as pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer facilities, tailored to your specific environmental needs.
For outdoor installations, anchoring on a reinforced concrete foundation is imperative; whereas indoor installations necessitate ensuring the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front and securely fits against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, leverage the design-specific force points and employ meticulous anti-slip measures.
During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within prescribed limits (not exceeding 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis) to ensure optimal performance.
Exercise caution to ensure each component is neither overly tight nor excessively loose to maintain structural integrity during installation.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks that align with the contextual needs and execute precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessory installations such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere rigorously to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for flawless functionality.
