Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in a variety of formats, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, catering to different environmental and operational requirements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability. Indoor installations demand precision; ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet, maintaining a snug fit with the distribution panel to eliminate gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, leverage specially designed force points for optimal placement. Implement anti-slip measures to uphold safety and stability throughout the process.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation, with a maximum tilt of 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction to ensure optimal stability and performance.
Pay close attention to the spacing between each component during installation to ensure neither excessive tightness nor looseness, which could affect performance.
For terminal installation, select insulation disks that match the actual conditions and ensure accurate wiring to guarantee efficient operation.
3. Attachment installation:
During the installation of attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain quality and performance.
