Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Choose from several installation methods for the 20kV oil immersed transformers, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and seamless indoor configurations, each designed for specific situational needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure it aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, employ specially designed force points, and implement strategic anti-slip measures to guarantee stability.
During transport and installation, carefully manage the transformer's inclination, keeping it within a specified range-no more than 15° along its length and 10° across its width-to ensure safety and performance.
Maintain optimal spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose fittings, ensuring efficient performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on practical requirements and ensure precise wiring for reliable operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When attaching components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to stringent standards and manufacturer specifications for optimal functionality.
