1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various settings, including pole-mounted installations, outdoor configurations, and indoor setups.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base. In indoor environments, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless attachment to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

During placement, utilize the designated force points tailored for our transformers, and implement anti-slip measures for added safety.

Ensure careful handling by controlling the inclination within specified limits during transport and installation (maximum 15° along the long axis and 10° for the short axis).

Attention to detail is crucial; avoid overly tight or loose gaps between components during installation.

Select suitable insulation discs for terminal installations, adhering to the actual conditions and wiring them accurately.

3. Attachment installation:

Install gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves, and other accessories in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
