Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers offer multiple installation forms, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, ensuring adaptability to various settings.
For outdoor installations, a secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation is a must. Indoor setups require meticulous alignment, ensuring the transformer body is seamlessly flush with the cabinet front, adhering perfectly to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, it is imperative to utilize designated force points tailored for the product. Implementing anti-slip measures is crucial for stability and safety.
Maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body within specified limits during transport and installation-no more than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis.
During the installation process, precision is key. Ensure that each part is neither too tight nor too loose, maintaining just the right level of snugness.
For terminal installations, carefully select the appropriate insulation disks based on the specific circumstances and ensure the wiring is executed accurately.
3. Attachment installation:
When adding attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is essential.
