Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers can be installed in multiple configurations: pole-mounted for elevated applications, outdoor for environmental resilience, or indoor for streamlined integration.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the unit is precisely aligned with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Utilize designated force points for safe transformer placement, incorporating anti-slip measures to maintain stability.
During transport and installation, control the transformer's inclination to within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally to prevent mishandling.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness during installation.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, wiring them correctly based on situational requirements.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict accordance with standards and manufacturer guidelines to uphold quality and safety.
