1. Installation Form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups. No matter the environment, these transformers deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation, ensuring it withstands the elements. Indoors, the transformer must align perfectly with the cabinet's front, securely affixed to the distribution panel without any gaps, guaranteeing optimal operation.

2. Installation Steps:

Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points for safety, employing anti-slip measures for added security and stability.

During transport and installation, meticulously maintain the transformer's body angle within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and a maximum of 10° along the short axis, ensuring precision and balance.

Throughout installation, ensure each component fits with precision - neither too tight nor too loose - optimizing performance and longevity.

When installing terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on specific requirements, ensuring correct and safe wiring configurations.

3. Attachment Installation:

When integrating essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is imperative for flawless functionality.
